Depravation of calories will lead to fat storing, and the more you diet the worse it becomes........


It is true to say that your body becomes educated with your eating habits.If you go on a diet and you starve your body of calories thereby hopefully reducing some weight, your body goes into temporary starvation mode. This basically means because you are cutting out calories you're cutting down on energy, your body then begins to search for energy and stores it for future reference, in case you do it to it again. These are stored in fat cells, and the best way to store energy is by absorbing fat, because fat has the highest content of energy and calories. So the fat cells begin to store everything it possibly can as you feed yourself on the diet. When eventually you come off your diet, you start putting in more food, the fat cells are jumping up and down for joy and saying "Great there is a lot more coming in now, we'll store it and store it" and eventually you'll find that gradually and slowly you will put on the weight you lost, and a little bit more besides. You have now trained in effect your body to change from a fat burning machine to a fat storing machine, by the very simple fact that you went on a diet. Depravation of calories will lead to fat storing, and the more you diet the worse it becomes. Almost every dieter will tell you, the weight loss initially on a new diet, when there is lots of enthusiasm is quite good, but this weight loss gradually begins to slow down, maybe they'll lose 4 pounds in a week, then 3, then 2 and then 1, and maybe the next few weeks losing no weight at all, and yet they are eating far less than when they lost the first 4, 3 and 2 pounds a week. This is a difficult point in everyone's dieting, and this is usually the turning point when they quit and decide they are getting nowhere.
