The world over, a few hundred million people suffer from migraine
headaches that vary differently. Migraines are a complex in nature what
causes the disorders are unknown. Hence its prevention is difficult.
However, the various treatments are available which are helpful to
reduce the number of attacks for migraine sufferers. Migraines can be experienced as low as once a year or as often as daily. The intensity of pain varies from person to person starting from low to very severe shooting type remained for some hours and then decreases to low. The attack of migraine lasts from few hours to 3-4 days. Hence the treatments vary. As said, the causes for the disorders are not known. Researches have been continued and various options have been suggested to reduce its intensity and frequency but the effective treatment is not yet found. A natural therapy known as Gemstones therapy appears to be effective for control of various typical diseases and so prevention of migraine headaches. This therapy is not new and the leaders in each society were aware of powerful properties of gemstones from the ancient time. Their cost and low availability resulted in knowledge to be remained in the hands of few people. The growing modern concepts reveal the gemstone therapy is no more secretive science of nature. Scientifically the gemstones function by concentrating a beam of electron of different color wave- length. In other terms, this may be called as color therapy. Seven colors composed in white light are corresponding to seven planets existing in our universe emitting different color rays, which influence the human body greatly in behavior and reaction aspects. The reasons for the influence of rays are due to existence of corresponding planetary system inside the body itself in form of centers. These centers are interrelated to each other via a central center known as a Saturn planet. When these centers are interred balanced, a human being can have good health. Any deficiencies or excess of color rays on the centers would give rise to various kinds of diseases depending on the type center efficiency. It is thus possible to rebalance the centers for getting rid of related diseases. This can be done by the application of gemstones capable of emitting the required color rays on the needed centers. These centers are connected to fingers and other parts of body at the specific locations through which color rays are transmitted to centers. It has to be noted here that the requirements for the centers are color rays, which can be provided by use low cost stones that are also equally effective. It is now necessary to understand the theory of colors in relation of corresponding planets that would provide the possible causes of disorders. Accordingly, the specific stones can be selected. The selected stones are to be worn on the specific locations for rebalancing the mal functioning centers. As the centers go on balancing, the simultaneously the corresponding disease will reduce. With this in view, the author has tried to analyze the causes of migraine headaches based on the above concept, it appears the chief causes are associated with the Saturn and the Sun planets emitting blue and red rays respectively. The experiments in this direction have shown very good results in getting rid of migraine headaches but at different rate. The study has opened the new approaches for migraine sufferers.
