Stretching Exercises

Again hold it for about 5-7 seconds and then do the same towards the left-side. Pull the organ's head downwards and hold it for about 5-7 seconds and leave it. The exercise ends with pulling the penis upwards and stretched. Repeat the entire procedure for about 3-4 times and continue it for couple weeks as doing it regularly will increase the length and girth both.

Jelq Exercises

Massage the penis and take it to half erected position. You then take right hand hold it from the base and make the sign of 'OK' using the thumb and index finger. Starting from the base, move upwards to the head and then form the similar 'OK' by your left hand at the base and do the same thing. Repeat this couple of times and for some weeks. This enlarges the penis size.
